Maintenance Window:- 8th December - 4am to 7am

Duration of expected customer impact:- Intermittently during the maintenance period

Detailed description of work to be performed:-

* We are making changes to our DSL platform to spread the load across our ERX's more evenly.

Expected Customer Impact:-

* Customers may find they are disconnected more than once.

* Customers may find their traffic is slower than normal during the maintenance period.
