Thursday 10 November 2005 - Support forums/ticket system, The lavatory break, Oh dear, they're here
Intranet Ticket System

I had an e-mail this morning from a friend, that was confused about where and how to register for the forums/ticket system. I would just like to clarify, the ticket system (also become known as the forums by some) does not require registration.

I am currently in the process of writing an update to integrate the intranet user accounts, with the ticket system, this should be implemented some time today. Once implemented, you will still be able to use the system without registering (it will only apply for those registered for the intranet itself).

If you are in need of support, or would just like to give feedback and were not aware of this system, you can find it at the URL below.

My sincere apologies for any confusion.

Dirty Toilets - Up from a toilet
The lavatory break

In this months newsletter, I waffled on about a wonderful band I'd came accross and took the liberty of mentioning their self produced debut album. Unfortunately at the time of writing, I was not aware of exactly how many copies of the album were left, or how much it cost.

Thanks to an e-mail received from the Dirty Toilets this morning, I can now confirm the Dirty Toilets debut album - "Up from a toilet", is priced at 7 (+ shipping), and there are currently only 20 copies left (though Arne (lead vocalist) has said they will get more copies pressed if demand requires it).

Oh dear, they're here

Steven Burn - Ur I.T. Mate Group founder/CEO/everything else

I've had several e-mails from people wondering when I was going to update the photo of myself that is currently on the Freeware Library website. Though I cannot stand having my photo taken, I have finally gotten round to having some upto date pictures taken and have updated the photo on the Freeware Library (and on the Intranet About page).

I must warn everyone however, I am not very photogenic, so please try not to laugh *too* much ...
